About Dr. William D. Respess, DPM

Dr. William D. Respess has practiced podiatry in Greenville, North Carolina, since 2003. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical foot and ankle care to patients throughout Eastern North Carolina.

Dr. Respess graduated from East Carolina University in 1994 with a degree in biology and a minor in business. He then attended the Temple University School of Podiatry. After earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, he completed a three-year surgical residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, serving as Chief Surgical Resident during his final year.

After completing his residency, Dr. Respess returned to Eastern North Carolina to establish a private practice. He opened Foot & Ankle East in January 2003, and the practice has proudly served the people of Eastern North Carolina ever since.
