My Background

William D. Respess, DPM

A practicing Podiatrist in Greenville, NC since 2003, Dr. Respess brings a vast amount of knowledge in Medical and Surgical Care to the residents of Eastern NC.

Dr. Respess graduated from East Carolina University in 1994 with a Degree in Biology and a minor in Business.  From ECU he went on to study at Temple University School of Podiatry.  Upon graduation he completed a three-year Surgical Residency at Temple University Hospital serving as Chief Surgical Resident in his final year. 

Once Dr. Respess finished his residency in Philadelphia, he knew he wanted to return to Eastern NC and establish a private practice. Foot and Ankle East opened in January 2003 and has been serving the wonderful people of Eastern NC ever since.
